I understand that my registration is subject to CYO Office review and approval and that my Safe Environment / VIRTUS compliance will be verified separately.
I understand that I serve as an independent contractor and that registration and payment of the $50 registration fee do not guarantee any specific number of games, assignments, hours, or compensation. Game assignments are made at the discretion of the CYO Office and its designated assignors, and CYO may decline to offer or discontinue future assignments at any time.
I understand that participation as a CYO official is a privilege and that violations of CYO rules, policies, standards of conduct, or Safe Environment requirements may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or removal from officiating responsibilities, as determined by the CYO Office.
I understand that I may accept or decline individual game assignments offered to me and am responsible for following CYO procedures regarding the timely acceptance, decline, or return of assignments.
I understand that the $50 annual registration fee covers the CYO athlete scholarship contribution and operational and maintenance costs, including Arbiter, and is non-refundable except if my registration is rejected by the CYO Office.
