Thank you for registering with the Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) of Brooklyn and Queens. This registration is completed by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of the athlete.

During registration, CYO will automatically determine the athlete's eligibility based on the information provided, including the athlete's residence, Catholic school attendance (when applicable), and approved Religious Education enrollment.

Parents do not select a Home Parish during registration. Home Parish eligibility is determined automatically according to the official CYO Eligibility Rules and is reviewed by the CYO Office when necessary.

Registration is not considered complete until payment has been successfully processed.
